“He is risen, as He said!”

Beloved Ones,

Once again we enter into the profundities of the Eastertide. Easter is, after all, the miracle of miracles. The events of Easter demonstrate the most perfect promise – and that is: the resurrection and ascension of good. Easter is more than hope, for it is the final truth, and the revelation of Christ victorious. It is the revealing of the perfected one, the fully initiated, and what it is to give the whole of self completely unto God.

If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”

Jesus, (St. Luke 9:23)

Thus resurrection is the culmination of initiation – the proof of God and all righteousness.

Easter is a gift given to all humanity – a happening to be realized in us all. Easter teaches that with self-denial we may rise above our sufferings and into the light. Contained within the crucifixion/resurrection drama is the ultimate truth of rebirth through the Christed way. Jesus has bequeathed to humanity this ultimate truth and demonstration and He has beckoned to us all, “Follow me.” It starts by turning the other cheek – and it ends in glory.

Never was there such a perfect man as the Lord Jesus. Never did one inhabit this earth who had such love. And never did one have such tears to shed over us, or such healing to give for our wounds.

The gift of Easter – the assurance of resurrection, the sunrise dawn of new hope –warms and heals. We are thankful as the praise of all hearts unites with the world heart.

Easter is the time to make new our garments, to drink the new wine of the soul's covenant, to behold a world made new in Christ.

The tomb, no longer the prison house, has become the castle of transcending. Death is transformed into life. Christ, our Lord, lives in our spirit. He, the eternal only begotten Son, makes us aware that we are also sons under God.

Ann Ree Colton

Life is seeking to ennoble us. Lent has been our opportunity to prepare and rise with the momentum of honesty, simplification, forgiveness, and sacrifice. Lent is magnification: the honesty, the testing, and the shedding of old garments – so that at Easter God may reveal the Being that we truly are.

On behalf of the Niscience Foundation and all our members and co-disciples we pray for you a most sacred Eastertide of Victory, Light, and Resurrection!

Sincerely,

Enys Miller and all your Niscience Co-Disciples
